Our new video surveys are all about convenience for you

• Offers availability to see & speak to our move assessor from the comfort of your own home.
• The video survey works on any smartphone or tablet.
• A simple, quick but painless option to receive your quotation.
• You will receive your quotation within a couple of hours after the video call.
• We use an application called Zoom to carry out the survey (see below on how to install the application).

How to install Zoom

Alternatively

• Go to either the Play store (Android device) or App store (Apple device) and search for Zoom.

How it works

• We will always text or email you 10 minuites before your appointment to make sure you are ready and the application is installed.
• At the beginning of the call, our move assessor will introduce himself to you.
• Our move assessor will then ask you to show them where our vehicle can park.
• They will also ask what is the best point of access in/out of your property.
• If you could then show our move assessor room by room, pointing the camera at your belongings which you require us to move.
• After you have showed our move assessor round your property, they will then take a few extra details from yourself and answer any questions you may have.
• After the call, they would then sit down and work through the information you have provided and email a quotation to you within a couple of hours.
